Professional and Industry Experience

Previously, Michael was the US Relationship Leader at Heidrick & Struggles overseeing the Industrial, Financial and Global Technology services practices for North America. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Michael was an international sales and business development executive for an oil and gas advisory firm and split his time between Alberta, Canada and Beijing, China. Earlier in his career he worked for Nestlé S.A., a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation, as well as Royal DSM, a Dutch multinational active in the fields of health, nutrition and materials. He has worked and lived in most major U.S. financial hubs, including New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
