Joel Williams

Joel is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Seattle Global Mobility Services practice. He has over 20 years of experience in assisting clients with global mobility issues, both with US citizens working abroad and foreign nationals working in the US. Joel spent 5 years working abroad in the Middle East and the UK, so he has first-hand knowledge of the concerns facing globally mobile employees.   

Joel is responsible for identifying and delivering technology solutions for multi-national organizations to help them manage their globally mobile employee populations more effectively.  He has deep knowledge of global mobility matters and has advised clients on tax and social security issues for individuals working all over the globe. Joel also has key insight into what matters most to the employees themselves, as he had overall responsibility for the global tax consultation process for a major technology client.
