Jerry Wiley

Jerry is a Tax Partner with over 30 years of experience in public accounting. He serves clients with a focus on the manufacturing, consumer business and technology industries. He has significant experience with US domestic and international income tax planning. Jerry has focused on domestic and cross-border income tax planning, business model optimization, global accounting for income taxes and US domestic tax planning.

In addition, Jerry serves as subject matter leader in the area of accounting for income taxes. In this role, he has served as a national resource for companies with global tax reporting requirements under US GAAP and IFRS. Jerry’s areas of expertise include global financial reporting of income taxes, global tax provision process implementation and US GAAP financial statement disclosure requirements.
