Greg is the Advisory (Consulting and Deal Advisory & Strategy) Market Leader for the Bay Area. Greg has worked for KPMG member firms in Melbourne, London, New York and San Francisco. Greg is also the Global Lead Partner for a large Private Equity account, responsible for bringing KPMG’s best talent, insights and tools to the PE firm and its portfolio companies globally.
Greg has over 32 years of audit (6) and deal advisory (26) experience; comprising buy-side and sell-side transactional services, including due diligence assistance (accounting, financial, tax, commercial, operational, IT, HR, integration), transaction structuring, accounting advisory, agreement vetting, closing and post-deal value-creation assistance.
