Jaime Palian Villanueva

Jaime is a Deal Advisory Manager in the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) practice in New York. He supports clients in financial reporting matters in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, capital market transactions, SEC reporting, and technical accounting advisory services across the US and LATAM.

Jaime covers technical accounting advisory services under IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and Mexican GAAP and specializes in conversions from one reporting framework to another. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Prior to joining the KPMG US, Jaime worked with KPMG Peru and KPMG Mexico, where he served as Senior Manager in the Accounting Advisory Services.
