Roberta joined KPMG Switzerland in 2006 dedicating her time to advising Swiss headquarters of national and multinational clients with regard to tax aspects.
With the implementation of ATAD, BEPS and Swiss Tax Reform (STR) Roberta has gained already a great deal of experience when it comes to analyzing possible alternative set ups by conducting model calculations taking into account STR and restructuring of the value chain to ensure an efficient taxation model in Switzerland as well as a sustainable structure under the international action points.
Roberta is responsible for the US-Swiss corridor, member of the Swiss Value Chain Management Team and of the Global Location and Expansion Team and has vast experience in consulting multinationals in corporate and international tax matters with a special focus on location analysis and tax aligned supply chain management, headquarter relocations and IP structuring particularly in the Chemicals and Life Sciences industry.
Roberta is currently advising the Swiss State Secretariat for International Finance with regards to their negotiations with US treasury department in connection with the US-Swiss double tax treaty.
Roberta speaks German, English, French and Italian.
