Jean-Pierre Trouillot

JP is a Partner in KPMG Deal Advisory Services practice resident in the Miami office. He has over 30 years of experience providing professional services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions due diligence and financial strategic consulting assignments, including on a significant number of cross border transactions in Latin America. JP leads KPMG Deal Advisory Practice in Florida and serves as the partner-in-charge of the Firm’s Deal Advisory Latin America Desk.

JP has provided merger and acquisition services to numerous domestic and international clients of KPMG as they pursued acquisition targets and evaluated investment opportunities. He has also assisted clients at all stages of the sales process from quality of earnings analysis, vendor-initiated due diligence, and data room assistance to assistance in reviewing purchase and sale agreements and analysis of closing financial statements.

Countries of his international experience include Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, England, France, Israel, Mexico, Peru and Spain. His industry experience includes industrial and consumer products, food and packaged goods, technology, telecommunications, chemicals, real estate, energy and pharmaceuticals.
