Edwin Tompkins is a Director in the Platforms Department with over 8 years experience with ServiceNow. Most recently he served as the lead architect and engagement director leading a cross-functional team of 20+ resources to transform the customer service functions for a global technology company. In this role, Edwin migrated over 1500 customer service engineers and 200,000 customers from SFDC to the ServiceNow CSM platform as well as defined a future state CSM target operating model. Edwin has also served as a system architect to implement CSM applications for a California state agency where he defined customer service management processes, roles, responsibilities integrated with ITSM processes. Edwin has his BBA from the University of Georgia.
