John is a Managing Director in KPMG’s New York Global Reward Service Tax practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in national accounting firms, law firms, and in industry.
John has advised clients from large publicly traded companies to emerging growth companies on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefit issues, including equity compensation, nonqualified deferred compensation, golden parachutes, payroll withholding and reporting, fringe benefits, tax-qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare plans. Additionally, John has extensive experience advising clients on these issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
