Technology Assurance Professional Practice Partner
Jessica Thompson serves as the Technology Assurance Professional Practice Partner (TAPPP) where she’s responsible for the Tech Assurance System of Quality Control, including interacting with the practice to manage overall quality, and helping teams understand attestation and regulatory requirements. The TAPPP demonstrates strong tone and culture supporting quality and professionalism through communication, engagement support and commitment to professional skepticism, ethics and integrity. Additionally, Jessica has operational accountability and responsibility to stakeholders and external regulators for quality and the elements of System of Quality Control that relate to the attestation practice area of the Technology Assurance practice.
Jessica recently served as the Local Technology Assurance Leader for Midsouth practice. Jessica has a deep Service Organization Control (SOC) service and industry background including serving leading entities in the financial services, hosting and managed operations and claims management industries. Jessica brings deep experience in the execution, delivery and go to market activities for the Technology Assurance practice thru her prior role as Service Solutions Leader for the US IT Attestation practice and Lead Partner on large attestation portfolios.
Jessica specializes in Technology Assurance and has more than 17 years of financial audit, information technology / business process experience, focusing on risk and control.
