Kshipra Thareja is a Principal in the KPMG Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice with over 20 years of experience in cross-over space between Global Mobility and International Tax. She has been at the forefront helping our companies navigate challenges in an ever-changing talent world and not only support, but facilitate hybrid work arrangements to meet organizational, business and talent demands in a compliant and cost-efficient manner as the Head of Work Anywhere, Together services for KPMG Tax practice.

She focuses on human-centered approach to designing flexible and sustainable domestic/international talent programs that drive employee experience, support compliance, and manage organizational spend. Kshipra has helped companies, across a broad spectrum ranging in size and industries, build and implement holistic solutions that include structure design, policy development, technology architecture, and process alignment and optimization to build scalable and sustainable operating models.

Kshipra supports clients across all industries and sizes. She has provided clients with in-depth insights and best practices in helping them design and review their mobility strategy, structures, policies, and processes. She has worked with companies of all sizes and a variety of mobility programs. In this capacity, she has helped clients determine the best mobility model to suit their needs, keeping pace with changing times and internal organizational culture. For companies with existing mobility programs, she has also led due diligence reviews and gap analysis projects to determine whether the current program is operating efficiently and optimally for the current and future mobility needs.
