Sakineh Tavakkoli

Sakineh is a Manager in KPMG Advisory Risk Analytics practice based out of San Francisco, CA with a specialization in predictive modeling; as it relates to climate risk, credit risk, and portfolio risk management. Sakineh has experience in model development, model validation, and model life cycle and governance review and optimization. Prior to joining KPMG, Sakineh has worked as a machine learning model validation specialist at Discover Financial Services. She holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and as a member of the KPMG Modeling and Valuation group, she combines her experience in sustainability and climate change, data analytics, optimization, and predictive modeling to deliver high value results to clients.
