Tina is the lead partner of KPMG’s Securitization Practice, a division within the firm’s Capital Solutions Advisory Practice. She has over 30 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, working extensively in consumer lending and capital markets for structured finance products. Her experience includes:
- Helping clients adapt with speed and agility in a rapidly evolving business environment, where digitization and automation increasingly impact business models, risk management, and workforces.
- Advisory services related to mortgage and consumer-related securitization business operations and process redesign, origination, servicing, investor reporting, portfolio management, risk governance and compliance, monitoring, reporting and remediation.
- Agreed-upon procedures related to the execution of public and private securitization transactions by mortgage, specialty, and captive finance companies and state agencies/not-for-profits; closing, effective date and quarterly note valuation date procedures for CLO issuers; financial statements audits; financial instrument valuations (including MSRs); collateral due diligence; and attestation engagements related to regulatory requirements (including SEC Regulation AB and U.S. Department of Education), and SLA/vendor compliance.
Tina is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in California and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of CPAs.
