Willa Stevenson

Willa works in the ESG and Climate Advisory practice, helping clients solve a range of ESG challenges including defining their ESG ambition, creating an ESG strategy, measuring emissions, and decarbonizing their business. She is passionate about amplifying young voices and upskilling the next generation of sustainability professionals. Willa serves as U.S. Co-Chair of Leaders 2050, a global network of young professionals with a mission to connect and empower future sustainability leaders. Willa received her MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She also earned a master’s degree in management and bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
