Anthony Sileo
Principal in Charge, International Tax
Anthony Sileo is the principal in charge of KPMG’s International Tax practice. Prior to taking this national role, he was the practice’s East Region leader.
Anthony manages providing tax services to a broad range of KPMG’s multinational clients. His current and past clients include leaders in the technology, industrial, communications, chemicals, pharmaceutical, and retail industries. He has extensive experience with complex international tax and transfer pricing matters. This experience covers tax-efficient structuring of global supply chains for both inbound and outbound multinational companies; cross-border reorganizations, acquisitions, and dispositions, including tax-efficient cash redeployment, financing and post-acquisition integration of acquired operations; effective tax rate reduction, foreign tax credit planning, and U.S. and foreign legal entity structuring; creation and documentation of global transfer pricing policies and related international tax issues; and foreign company investment and/or expansion into the United States.
Anthony is a frequent speaker on international tax matters for such professional organizations as the Tax Executives Institute. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Tax Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.
Anthony earned a BA degree, magna cum laude, in mathematics from Boston College, a JD degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University Law School, and an LLM degree in taxation from New York University School of Law.
