He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 25 years of experience of assisting public sector agencies to deliver large and complex infrastructure projects using innovative procurement and financing methods. Raj’s industry experience includes autonomous and connected vehicles (CAVs) infrastructure, fiber optic / broadband connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT), highways, transit, and utilities sectors. Raj brings more than two decades of leadership experience and an extensive understanding of the policy, commercial, financial, and business framework to drive large infrastructure projects. His core strengths include capital project planning, project and program management, developing functional and technical requirements, innovative procurement methods, and funding and financing strategies for smart infrastructure projects. Raj has over 25 years of experience in managing assets, and providing strategic asset management advisory services to the critical infrastructure sectors. He brings extensive experience at the national and international levels, having led asset strategy, and business transformation programs in the Southeast Asia, Canada and the U.S., resulting in significant savings, risk reduction and performance improvement.
Raj specializes in assisting public sector agencies to procure and deliver smart infrastructure and fiber optic / broadband network projects. He has successfully developed comprehensive strategies, market assessments, procurement, and implementation roadmaps for fiber optic networks, smart cities / infrastructure initiatives, autonomous and connected vehicles proving ground, and has actively managed mission-critical digital infrastructure projects both in the US and in Southeast Asia. Raj brings extensive knowledge and experience of managing high-profile infrastructure projects with substantial public significance for a wide range of organizations.
