Brian Shea is a Managing Director in the Economic and Valuation Services group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice. Based in Chicago, he has over fifteen years of experience providing Transfer Pricing services across various industries, including: automotive, industrial goods, retail, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and hi-tech.
Prior to joining KPMG, Dr. Shea spent six years as the Midwest Region Transfer Pricing leader for a large Tax, Audit, and Advisory firm. He also worked for ten years as a lead policy analyst for a DC-based, Federal contract technology company. His first position out of graduate school was as an International Economist with the US Department of Labor where he estimated domestic employment impacts of international trade agreements.
