Anand Shah

Anand is a Partner at KPMG, and currently serves as the US Financial Services Banking Solutions Leader, helping global and regional banks solve their most complex challenges across Payments, Transaction Banking, Commercial Lending, Mortgage, Core Banking, and Digital Transformation.

Anand leads end-to-end transformation strategies ranging from front-office customer experience through back-office integration and automation by fusing deep industry knowledge with the latest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Agentic Automation solutions. His AI focus is centered around helping clients not only accelerate their delivery but also building industry centric Agentic solutions to bring intelligence and efficiency to operations while also mitigating risks from loss, fraud, and cyber incidents.

Over his 30+ year consulting career, he has driven and supported over 50+ large-scale transformation programs that have reshaped how financial institutions operate, compete, and grow. He works hand-in-hand with C-level executives to shape and execute strategic journeys from concept through execution; bringing structure, speed, and impact at every phase of the delivery lifecycle. His leadership spans across experience design, change management, architecture design, integration, and innovation.

Anand also is deeply involved with pioneering software alliances and vendor relationships with top-tier banking platforms and technology providers to ensure our clients have access to cutting-edge, scalable solutions with world class onshore and offshore delivery capabilities.

Prior to joining KPMG, Anand spent 19 years at Accenture, where he was a Partner/Managing Director leading transformative solutions for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries including Travel and Transportation, Products, Financial Services, and Government. He also served as the North America Commercial Lending and Credit Leader, delivering innovative credit and lending capabilities unlocking business value and growth.
