Advisory Managing Director, Corporate Strategy

Tucker is a core member of KPMG’s Corporate Strategy practice, delivering change for enterprises in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sectors. He advises CFOs and other top-team leaders on the commercial changes, operational improvements, and inorganic opportunities needed to address the growth and operating model challenges facing their businesses.

At KPMG, Tucker has focused his work on disciplines driving the transformation of TMT, including digital marketing, eCommerce, SaaS, Internet of Things, data-driven growth, operating model evolution, and cybersecurity.

Before joining KPMG, Tucker was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he led small teams of TMT clients and consultants to drive change in dozens of large enterprises across the United States and Europe.

Tucker also worked in Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development at Yahoo! where he was responsible for investment evaluation, business planning, and decision support concerning minority stakes in Alibaba and Yahoo! Japan.

Tucker lives in San Francisco and has a degree in History and Economics from Yale University.
