Lio is a Principal in the KPMG Deal Advisory & Strategy practice with 15+ years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients with their strategic, M&A and operational initiatives. Lio’s M&A experience has focused on buy and sell-side advisory along the pre and post-merger integration phases of a deal including M&A strategy, operational diligence, synergy assessments, value creation/EBITDA upside, target business/operating model design & integration/separation execution. He also has supported value creation initiatives through the development of cost takeout and value creation analyses, including the execution of these strategies and analyses. He has extensive experience across the financial services sector, including payments/fintech, capital markets, wealth and asset management and banking.
