David Sapira

David is a Senior Manager in our Department of Professional Practice, with over 15 years of experience providing audit and audit support services to publicly traded companies (in the US and internationally). David’s experience includes performing review of accounting positions, interpretation of auditing standards for unique or complex scenarios, and developing and instructing trainings for internal audiences.

David has a primary focus in audits of entities in the mining and industrial markets under both US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards, with extensive experience in asset acquisitions, business combinations, and impairments.
