Lauren Rosa Sangaline

Lauren has dedicated her entire career to partnership transactions, both at KPMG and in-house at a large private conglomerate. Her professional journey includes clerking for the New Jersey Tax Court and leading the in-house partnership tax planning group for a manufacturing company with $100 billion of assets in partnership solution.
Lauren works with leading private equity investment firms and their portfolio companies, supporting clients through all transaction stages, including acquisition structuring, public equity offerings, execution, post-closing integration, and divestiture planning. She consults on transformational partnership transactions, helping clients compute the impact on future cash and income allocations, tax basis, gain, step-up, and other tax impacts. Additionally, Lauren assists clients with credit utilization, character issues, foreign asset repatriation, and state tax optimization, including Up-C structures, ASC 740 reporting, and tax return compliance.
Outside of her professional life, Lauren and her husband are devoted parents to their three young children and are proud alumni of Villanova University.
