John Rodi
Leader, KPMG Board Leadership Center
John Rodi is the leader of the KPMG Board Leadership Center (BLC), which champions outstanding corporate governance to drive long-term corporate value and stakeholder confidence. He is a frequent speaker on board governance and audit committee issues—from risk and ESG to financial reporting and data governance. He previously led the KPMG Audit Committee Institute (ACI), which is part of the BLC.
John is the audit partner in charge of KPMG’s Chicago Metro Business Unit. He has more than 28 years of experience with KPMG, primarily serving publicly traded financial services clients, specializing in banking, investment banking, and asset management. Prior to joining KPMG in Chicago, Rodi worked in KPMG’s New York and London offices, and also completed a rotation in KPMG’s National Office. He sits on the board of directors of the Lincoln Park Zoo (where he serves on the finance committee and the executive committee) and of Junior Achievement of Chicago (where he serves on the audit committee).
