Lindsey Reynolds

Lindsey is a Principal in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services (EVS) practice, specializing in transfer pricing. Lindsey leads KPMG’s national transfer pricing compliance team and played an integral role in the initial stand-up and rollout of this global dedicated compliance team. Lindsey’s 17 years of transfer pricing experience involves the import and export of goods and services, royalties for the use of intangible property, cost allocation modeling, transfers of intangible assets, and interest rates on intercompany loans. Lindsey has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including consumer electronics, semiconductors, consumer goods, software, food and beverage, and financial services. Lindsey has extensive experience centralizing global transfer pricing compliance services, optimizing transfer pricing processes, implementing enabling technology, and leading account teams through the pursuit process for large scale compliance opportunities.
