Swetha brings more than 17 years of corporate experience in Industrial Manufacturing to KPMG’s Deal Advisory and Strategy practice. She leads engineering, operations, supply chain and aftermarket performance improvement efforts to drive value creation. She brings a holistic view to Industrial Manufacturing OEMs in off-highway commercial vehicle market and precision Agriculture to deliver innovation and technology strategy along with building partnerships in the ecosystem. She is at the forefront of taking the latest technology advancements in AI/ML and data analytics to drive performance improvement for Industrials. She is well versed in how strategy consulting can drive real value through her industry experience and is focused on embracing client culture to deliver results. Her experience extends to developing ESG strategy for Industrial Manufacturers starting with materiality assessment to operationalizing the strategy and meeting reporting requirements. She is passionate about enabling clients to develop and accelerate their supplier diversity programs and is a strong diversity champion. She is a University of Minnesota alumni with a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. Swetha is an avid skier, speaks Hindi, Telugu & Slovak and is a K-drama fan.
