Scott Rankin is the KPMG Advisory Practice Leader for our Products sectors, which encompasses the Consumer & Retail, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, and Energy, Natural Resources, and Chemicals sectors. Based in Boston, Scott has a wealth of experience as a strategy and M&A consultant, in addition to senior executive roles at a Fortune 150 retailer and a mobile commerce start-up.
In this role, Scott collaborates with C-level executives to guide strategic transactions and transformations to create sustainable value for clients. His area of expertise includes organic and inorganic growth strategy, operational diligence, operating model transformation, cost optimization, and profit improvement.
