Len Prokopets

Len brings over 20 years of experience in defining and leading complex transformation programs for Global 1,000 organizations. He has helped clients drive dramatic performance improvements in working capital, service levels, and costs through supply chain and procurement efforts. He has successfully led programs targeting world-class capabilities as well as turnaround programs. Len is a frequent speaker and author on Supply Chain and Procurement topics. 

Len led the development of category management capabilities for multiple organizations, including assessment of current state capabilities, development of advanced category management models, organization design, process definition, category manager training, and development of category strategies for key categories. 

Len led the development of advanced SRM programs in multiple Global 1,000 organizations. He also led programs to transform procurement in multiple Global 1,000 organizations. Projects included assessment and benchmarking, development of future state design, and business case development.

Len holds a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS and BA from the University of Rochester in Engineering and Math.
