Josh is the technology, media, telecommunications (TMT) industry leader for the Financial Due Diligence practice of KPMG in the US, and serves as an M&A advisor focused on buy-side and sell-side private equity transactions. He has significant experience in the software and technology industry, advising on large scale, complex transactions including cross-border and carve-out situations. He also advises high growth technology companies seeking growth capital investment and private equity exit opportunities as they scale.
