Stephen Ponce

Stephen Ponce is a Managing Director in KPMG LLP’s Federal Advisory Practice where he serves as the U.S. Space Force Account Lead. Additionally, he is as a leader within KPMG’s Defense Sector as well as the Transformation Delivery Service Network which focuses on the people side of large-scale technology and business process-related transformation programs. Stephen specializes in leading large-scale transformation programs for his clients. His breadth of experience includes strategy and implementation, enterprise and organizational change management, strategic communications, learning and development, marketing, leadership engagement, and business process re-engineering. 

Over his professional career, he has supported various clients across the Defense and Civilian sectors with a focus on Financial Management, Personnel and Manpower, and Training and Education. 

Stephen is also a leader in the firm’s Hispanic Latino Business Resource Group (BRG).
