Larry Piccola

Larry joined KPMG in 2003 and is a Partner in the M&A tax practice and a member of the KPMG Infrastructure Tax Group. Larry regularly advises infrastructure funds and consortiums on investment structuring, modeling and diligence of domestic and international infrastructure assets. Larry has extensive experience in assisting clients invest in US airports, toll roads, bridges, parking facilities, along with other social infrastructure assets, utilities, renewable projects and assets in the digital sector. Larry also has experience advising private equity and corporate strategic clients on both the buy-side and sell-side, as well as internal restructurings and carve-out transactions.
