Bhavini is a director in the KPMG Human Capital Advisory Services practice and has over 15 years of consulting experience within HR transformation. She helps human capital organizations within healthcare to transform their operating model to become more efficient and effective, resulting in enhanced value and experience provided to their customers. Bhavini has partnered with HR leaders to identify their gaps, provide leading practice recommendations, build a business case for change, and prioritize a roadmap for the future. As organizations embark on their transformation journey, she has designed optimized HR business processes to harmonize, streamline, automate, and enable self-service. She has also led and executed design and implementation of HR service delivery model and organizational structure changes, e.g., build or expand an HR shared services organization for HR and payroll.
