Background
Holly is a Managing Director in the KPMG Audit Practice with more than 10 years of auditing experience. She has principally served clients in the Life Sciences and Consumer Markets practice. She is currently on a three year rotation in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP) in the KPMG national office.

Holly joined the firm in October 2009 and has worked primarily on financial statement audits for private Pharmaceutical companies and private venture-backed entities in the consumer markets industry.
Holly has worked primarily on financial statement audits for public and private pharmaceutical companies and private venture-backed entities in the consumer markets industry. She has participated in both integrated and financial statement audits. Holly’s experience range from small private to large public companies and includes initial public offerings as well as secondary offerings.
Holly’s technical skills include delivering audits for public and private companies and working with them to address key business and accounting issues common to early stage and fast growing businesses.
Other activities
Holly is actively involved in recruiting and supports local Employer of Choice initiatives. She serves as the lead of the San Francisco Employer of Choice Council, which provides the office with social networking and team building events and opportunities.

Holly is an Audit Senior Manager currently on rotation with KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice (DPP). Prior to Holly’s current assignment, she provided financial statement audit and audit of internal control services principally to clients in the life sciences and consumer markets practice.
