Dawn Olesky

Dawn Olesky is a Principal with the KPMG U.S. Trade and Customs Practice based in the firm’s Detroit office. Dawn is the National Drawback Lead for KPMG U.S. and has over 30 years of drawback experience.

Before joining KPMG, Dawn worked as Vice President of Drawback for a leading international trade and customs consulting firm. She’s a Licensed Customs Broker. She’s also been a longstanding member of industry drawback-specific organizations and initiatives including the AAEI Drawback Committee, NCBFAA Drawback Committee, Trade Support Network Drawback Committee and a member of the CBP drawback working group that was formed to prepare for deployment of drawback in ACE and implementation of TFTEA drawback
