Nobuhiro Okada

Nobuhiro began his career in the Atlanta office in 2003. He is a tax partner with the Business Tax Services practice serving clients mainly located in the US southeast area. He has provided a wide range of services in the federal, state and local, and international tax areas primarily with clients in global manufacturing, pharmaceutical, real estate & construction industries. 

Nobuhiro has extensive experience with the tax issues of Japanese-owned companies with multistate operations and his background encompasses various general business and tax matters, including corporate start-up, acquisitions, and restructuring. 

He is a frequent speaker at seminars on various tax issues affecting Japanese-owned companies operating in the United States. He is a member of the AICPA and the GSCPA.
