Tomo Naka is a Principal at KPMG Economic and Valuation Services (EVS) practice with over 19 years of transfer pricing experience and is based in the Silicon Valley office.
Tomo has expertise assisting multinational companies with a variety of transfer pricing services, including planning, controversy, risk assessment, cost sharing arrangements, intangible valuation, and global value chain analysis.
Tomo has extensive experience advising multinational companies on bilateral advance pricing agreements (APAs) and competent authority negotiations. He serves multinational companies with significant intangible property and complex global value chain challenges, including those in the software, semiconductor, e-commerce, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, electronic, and auto industries.
He is a frequent speaker on US–Japan transfer pricing issues at various external and internal conferences.
