Quin is a Managing Director in KPMG’s San Diego State and Local Tax Practice. Quin has over 5 years of Unclaimed Property experience, previously working as a manager for Keane Unclaimed Property, and has helped numerous companies through the Delaware VDA process, multi-state audits, risk assessments, and initial compliance engagements. 

Quin is highly proficient in analyzing accounts receivable, disbursements, and industry specific general ledger accounts to identify and remediate unclaimed property liabilities. Has worked with companies to develop strong controls, policies, and procedures, to ensure compliance on a go-forward basis.
