- Led an effort at a top U.S. custodian bank focused on building a case for change focused on documenting the requirements, costs, benefits, and conceptual design of a distributed ledger cross border, cross currency payment system focused on optimizing their clients’ global remittance capabilities.
- Led an effort to develop an end-to-end, enterprise wide Innovation capability at a top global commercial insurance provider. The effort is focused on developing standardized process to perform signal sensing, developing prioritization frameworks for both the signal sensing activities and the annual, strategic planning effort. The project team developed use cases and business cases for strategic opportunities leveraging blockchain, intelligent automation (RPA, Cognitive, AI), IoT, AR/ VR, drones, and edge computing.
- Led an IT Maturity Assessment of a top Mortgage Insurer focused on assessing technology capabilities across the end-to-end insurance value chain focused on applications, services, data, and infrastructure layers across the enterprise from client relationship management and marketing to underwriting and servicing. The effort also identified key technology disruptors that would have a significant impact on the business and conducted a capability assessment to recommend opportunities for enhancing the target technology stack.
