Glenn Mincey
U.S. Head of Private Equity
Glenn is U.S. Head of Private Equity. He specializes in the use of partnerships and limited liability companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and restructurings. Glenn is responsible for a broad range of U.S. multi-national and foreign-owned clients doing business as a single entity or in joint venture and has extensive experience with a wide range of complex tax matters relating to his clients’ businesses. Glenn’s current and past clients include leaders in private equity and financial services industries. Glenn is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center where he teaches a course on partnership tax for J.D. and LL.M. students.
Glenn joined the U.S. member firm of KPMG in 2008 as a direct-entry partner. Prior to joining KPMG, Glenn served in the Office of Chief Counsel of the IRS’s National Office and was subsequently a member of another big 4 firm’s Washington National Tax office.
