James is a Director of Advisory Platforms at KPMG. He helps clients achieve their business goals of becoming customer centric by successfully understanding their customers, developing customer strategies and experiences, and architecting appropriate solutions to support those strategies to deliver the best results. He has over twelve years of enterprise business, management, and transformation consulting experience leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CE and Salesforce platforms. Specializing in business-led design and transformation, Jimmy focuses on improving overall productivity and increasing the efficiency of his client’s day-to-day customer operations.
