Lindsey is a Director in the KPMG Deal Advisory and Strategy Practice based in the Chicago office. She has a decade of healthcare consulting and industry experience. Lindsey enjoys helping her clients position their organizations for success through strategic planning and M&A engagements.
Lindsey pulls from her strong analytical background and experience working with a variety of healthcare organizations in diverse markets to deliver data-driven advisory services. Before joining KPMG, Lindsey worked in the Strategy and Business Advisory division at ECG Management Consultants and the Strategic Advisory business unit at Navigant Consulting. Prior to her consulting career, Lindsey worked in marketing at Stryker and administration at Rush University Medical Center, Northwestern Medicine, and Carle Foundation Hospital.

- Assisted several private equity clients and payers perform buy-side commercial and operational due diligence for healthcare assets
- Developed the design and implementation plan for a management services organization joint venture between a payer and five physician practices
- Directed cross-functional workgroups, including information technology, revenue cycle, finance and accounting, human resources, and legal, to assist a health system design a new physician employment model
- Provided sell-side strategic advisory and project management support for a hospital
- Directed the transaction planning for a health plan and 400+ physician practice
- Developed enterprise, service line, and master facility strategic plans for academic and regional health systems, community hospitals, and medical clinics
- Evaluated current and potential future affiliations for five health systems in the United States
- Facilitated a partnership planning process for two children’s hospitals
- Led the project management for a physician network alignment strategy and execution engagement
