Brian Mackenzie

Brian is a Principal in the San Francisco office of KPMG’s Economic & Valuation Services Practice, where he leads the valuation group.  Brian’s focus is on the technology sector where he has led complex valuation engagements on multi-billion transactions both domestically and internationally for financial reporting purposes including public offerings and for tax purposes.

For over 25 years he has provided a broad range of services to his clients including:

• Advisory services including pre-transaction analysis and financial modelling to drive C-level management decision-making.
• Valuation consulting services for co-investment purposes, corporate restructurings and SEC reporting purposes.
• Valuation engagements for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions, financial statement and tax reporting, gift and estate taxation, as well as strategic planning.
