Bill has more than 25 years of experience, including extensive experience in acquisition, divestiture, leverage buyout, rollup, and bankruptcy transactions. His experience also includes private placement and public debt offerings as well as public stock offerings, and including initial public offerings.
Bill is based in New York in the Deal Advisory Service and Private Equity practice. He was elected to KPMG’s Board of Directors in 2009 and has served as the National Managing Partner of Risk Management. Bill has assisted clients in 100’s of transactions in the U.S. and throughout the world with enterprise values in excess of $6 billion.
He joined KPMG in 2002 from another firm where he serviced private equity client relationships and has led multi-disciplinary teams across various service lines in the global support of these clients, for more than 20 years. Such responsibilities included delivering the same consistent service to portfolio companies and investees in the retail, industrial and consumer products, media/communications, technology; manufacturing and financial services industries.
Bill has directed numerous litigation support projects, including purchase price disputes, product-licensing arrangements and business process and financial control systems. He has also directed numerous projects designed to enhance operational and reporting effectiveness, including global systems solutions and organizational downsizing.
Bill holds a BS in Administration from Seton Hall University and is a member of AICPA.
