Christine Livingston
Director Advisory, FS Risk, Regulatory & Compliance
Christy is a KPMG Advisory Director in the Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Compliance practice. She has close to 15 years of high-profile financial services experience in consulting or government capacities. Since working at U.S. Treasury during the financial crisis, she has helped firms address risk management lapses highlighted during that period. She sees integration of ESG and Climate risk into risk management as the next big challenge for the C-suite and an opportunity for firms to make ESG and Climate risk management a competitive advantage, just as firms have with prudential risk management. She has helped firms develop or revise climate or ESG frameworks and helped develop the risk management section of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure’s 2020 Status Report.
Before KPMG, Christy spent twelve years consulting for a firm founded by ex-regulators. She also served as a Presidential Management Fellow and Financial Economist at U.S. Treasury. She has earned the designation Chartered Financial Analyst.
