Sharon Liu

Sharon Liu is a Principal in the KPMG Economic & Valuation Services group. Sharon joined KPMG in 1999 and during her tenure she has worked and presented on a wide range of transfer pricing related matters for REITs and Real Estate Funds across a broad range of property types.

Her engagement experience includes developing economic analyses and the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for the following transaction types:

Intercompany lease analyses for public and private REITs including lease structuring;

• Shareholder loan analyses supporting leverage and interest rates;
• Management fee analyses to support the allocation of fees between a Fund and related party REIT;
• Property management services;
• Various tenant services; and
• Employee cost sharing.
