Liz Lavine

Liz is a manager in KPMG’s Healthcare Supply Chain practice with over ten years of healthcare industry experience. Liz specializes in helping healthcare organizations to streamline sourcing, procurement, and inventory processes, leading to improved operational efficiencies and financial savings. She is enthusiastic about delivering coordinated process transformation projects focused on technology implementations. Her experience includes target operating model assessments, organizational transformation recommendations, non-labor cost reduction initiatives and implementations of Supply Chain ERP platforms.

Prior to joining KPMG Liz was the Director of Supply Chain Systems at a children’s hospital where she led her organization through a Workday Supply Chain Implementation. Liz has advanced functional experience with Lawson and Workday and is Workday certified in Supply Chain Management. She also has over five years of experience as a sourcing manager, including managing sourcing during the COVID-19 pandemic and leading large RFPs and sourcing initiatives.
