Henry Lacey has more than 30 years of experience in Industry, Strategy Development and executing large transactions. He focuses on complex separations and integrations across geographies and regulators, across all parts of the financial services sector. He has executed more that 130 transactions across 25+ countries.
Currently Henry leads the Financial Services Integration and Separation Practice in the US, consulting in deal strategy and execution to Global Banks, Regional Banks, Asset Managers, Private Equity Firms and Financial Technology and Payment Companies. Henry has authored several whitepapers on the future of banking, and speaks on the subject frequently.
Before joining KPMG, Henry spent 25 years in Financial Services across UK, Europe and Asia and is therefore able to bring a very international mindset to every situation. Henry entered consulting in Hong Kong in 2014 and moved to the US in 2018. During his time in Financial Services Henry undertook a number of different roles, including running large operational centers, transforming international wealth management businesses and leading the non-core division of the bank across Asia Pacific.
