Paulina Kumah

Paulina is a Director in the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services practice, providing transactional support services to clients, including mergers, acquisitions, and accounting policy conversion and implementation. She has extensive experience with accounting change services, particularly US GAAP to IFRS conversion, ASC 842 (Leases) implementation, and ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) implementation. Paulina also brings her expertise in providing buy-side and sell-side services, assisting clients with purchase accounting, pushdown accounting, financial statement preparation, project management, and technical accounting support.

Prior to joining KPMG US Advisory, she worked with KPMG Ghana's Audit practice for four years.
