Selim is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Advisory Services practice and serves on the National SOX IPO Readiness Team with thirteen years of SOX404 readiness and compliance, internal audit, enterprise risk management, and accounting experience. His current and past clients include some of the leading entities in the consumer products, chemicals, oil and gas, aviation, energy, retail/manufacturing services, insurance agencies, commercial real estate, healthcare industries and financial services.
Selim led multiple SOX Readiness and Year 1 SOX compliance engagements. He maintains project status, identifying control gaps, monitoring implementation and developing of remediation plans, training self-assessors (SOX testers), and implement the SOX program for acquired companies and initial public offerings.
