Drew is a lead Partner in the Aerospace and Defense Deal Advisory and Strategy practice and has over 10 years advising both private equity clients through both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Drew has been the lead Partner on over 50 A&D M&A transactions, representing both domestic and international clients.
Drew’s transaction experience spans a variety of different areas within the A&D and Government Services sectors, notably cyber security, C4ISR products and services, systems engineering and integration services, mission systems, and aircraft manufacturing (throughout the supply chain), among others. Drew has advised both private equity clients and large Government Contractors through both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Prior to joining the Deal Advisory and Strategy, Drew provided integrated audit services in accordance with PCAOB and U.S. GAAP reporting requirements for both publicly traded and privately held companies in the AD&G sector.
