Dipan Karumsi

Dipan Karumsi serves as the US Advisory Line of Business Leader for Products where he is responsible for leading the following sectors: Life Sciences, Energy, Natural Resources and Chemicals, Consumer, Retail & Hospitality, and Industrial Manufacturing. In this role, he oversees the delivery of integrated Advisory services, bringing together KPMG's Consulting and Deal Advisory capabilities to help clients drive growth, improve performance, manage risk, and create value across the enterprise.

Dipan drives end-to-end transformation and technology enablement across core business functions including Finance, HR, Customer, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Forensics, Cybersecurity & Tech Risk, and Managed Services. He also works with organizations throughout the deal lifecycle, helping clients evaluate, execute, integrate, separate, and optimize strategic transactions. By embedding KPMG's advanced capabilities, including artificial intelligence, automation, and data & analytics, into tailored solutions, Dipan helps organizations modernize operating models, accelerate innovation, and unlock sustainable value.

Previously, Dipan served as the Consulting Sector Leader for Life Sciences, where he oversaw market development and delivery of KPMG's end-to-end consulting solutions for pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotechnology, and laboratory companies. Prior to that, he led KPMG's Procurement & Outsourcing Advisory practice, overseeing procurement transformation programs focused on strategic sourcing, contract management, and technology enablement.
